Delivery of a 500 liters formulation vessel with ultrafiltration.
Based on the customer's request, the device was built on the original formulation vessel while retaining the vessel itself.
As part of the project, a new ultrafiltration unit was designed, with the filter cartridges being doubled and the filtration process being fully automated.
The formulation vessel enables the processing of:
- Aqueous solutions
- Salt solutions
- Halides
- Nutrient and culture media
- Phenol solutions
- Oil emulsions (max. viscosity 40 mPa.s)
